Hello. I am Ms Mouat and I am really looking forward to meeting you all in September.

Firstly, well done for choosing our school – it’s great! I am the cooking teacher and you’ll get to have some cooking lessons in Y7, it is a fab subject.

I’d love to get to know you. If possible, please can you go onto the Activities page and do the "Send a letter to your form tutor" task? I’d love to know about your family and pets. What’s you best song and favourite food? What do you like to do in your free time? Which tv programmes have you been watching in lockdown?

A bit about me - I have a gorgeous dog called Tilly and I have two teenage children who are sometimes gorgeous too! I love country music and my favourite TV series is on Prime and called ‘This Is Us’.

I am really looking forward to meeting you all.

Hello I'm Mr Fox. I am very much looking forward to meeting you soon and getting to know you.

I studied Zoology and I'm passionate about the environment, animals and plants. I worked as an 'animal man' before being a teacher, taking exotic creatures into schools (snakes/tarantulas/frogs/giant millipedes and snails etc). I lived in Japan teaching English so I can speak a little Japanese. I really enjoy exercise, especially running and I used to be a competitive swimmer!

I would love to hear from you. Please send me a letter on the Activities page! See you all in September!

Hello, my name is Miss McPhie and I'm really looking forward to teaching Geography at KEVI. I fell in love with my subject after going on a field trip to the coast and being able to actually see what I had been learning in the classroom. Since then, my fascination with Geography and how it fits into our lives has continued to grow, learning about the world we live in and the impact we have on it. Outside of school, I really enjoy reading and exploring new places.

I am very excited about being your form tutor next year. I look forward to meeting you all and getting to know you. Feel free to send me a letter using the template on the Activities page.

Hello! I’m Miss Lampard and I’m so excited to be your new form tutor. This will be my first year teaching at KEVI, so I’m new to the school just like you! It’s going to be a brilliant year full of making new friends, joining new clubs and learning new subjects.

My favourite subject is Science, which is good because I’m also a Science teacher at the school! My favourite colour is pink (just like Mrs Wright!) and in my free time I like to read and bake cakes. Why not tell me some things about yourself by writing me a letter using the “Write a letter to your tutor" activity on the Activities page? Have a great summer and I can’t wait to meet you all in September!
